Business and Investment Seminar Series

Invest in America and U.S. Embassy Commercial Sections in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Zurich will launch a Business Investment Seminar Series from November 13-18, 2008.

The Business and Investment Seminar will underscore the United States’ commitment to open investment policies and address the regulatory issues and processes that many current and potential investors face when considering an investment in the U.S. market. Officials from the Departments of Commerce, Homeland Security, State, and Treasury will be present to provide information on topics including the visa application process, the entry process and customs issues, defense trade regulations, and voluntary submissions to the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). There will also be an opportunity for participants to direct questions to speakers on topics covered during the seminar.
