The Agreement on Mutual Acceptance of Oenological Practices was signed on December 18, 2001 in Toronto, Canada and entered into force on December 1, 2002.

Parties and Status

On 18 April 2018, Uruguay deposited its instrument of accession to the Agreement on Mutual Acceptance of Oenological Practices (MAA).  In accordance with Article 13.3 of the MAA, the Agreement enters into force for Uruguay on May 1.
