The Program and Management Analysis Team conducts management organization and procedural analysis, administers management improvement and customer service programs, implements an effective program of internal control reviews (ICRs) to strengthen management and operations within ITA, develops administrative directives, coordinates and implements organization changes, coordinates Government Accountability Office (GAO) and Inspector General (IG) activities within ITA, and administers regulatory programs for ITA: the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA), Privacy Act of 1974, and the Government Paperwork Elimination Act and oversees the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA) reporting process.
