Join the 40 trade associations and 73 other non-profit industry groups that have benefited from Market Development Cooperator Program (MDCP) funding. MDCP awards of up to $300,000 each are available for projects undertaken to develop foreign markets so that U.S. companies can increase exports. Click below to find out more.

Step-by-Step Process

MDCP funding is particulary well suited to trade associations, but can be used by any non-profit business group that seeks to help companies in an industry to compete internationally by exporting.

Many associations use MDCP funds to help cover the cost of participation in trade shows abroad and other trade events. UHC, the University HealthSystem Consortium, used its MDCP funds to coordinate outreach to select markets and to track the positive impact of international patients on hospital revenue.
