Ms. Wong Barrett is the Chief Executive Officer of Mac Arthur Corporation, a mid-sized manufacturing company headquartered in Michigan with operations in the U.S., Mexico and Poland.

Ms. Wong Barrett’s prior diverse work experience includes positions at global management consultancies McKinsey & Company and Charles River Associates, and engineering roles at Raytheon Company and Schlumberger. Ms. Wong Barrett’s business experience spans the gamut of strategy, operations, innovation, globalization, and organizational performance. She has worked in over 20 countries on complex business issues.
She has an undergraduate degree in engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
Ms. Wong Barrett serves on a number of advisory boards to advance innovation and competitiveness across the U.S. manufacturing sector including the White House President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology Advanced Manufacturing Partnership, U.S. Department of Commerce Manufacturing Council, FlexTech Alliance Industrial Board for Flexible Hybrid Electronics, and the University of Michigan Tauber Institute of Global Operations. She is also an active volunteer and board member for non-profits in her local community.
