COO, NAFTA & CNH Industrial
Brad Crews, who studied in the US, became COO for the NAFTA region of CNH Industrial in 2014, having been with CNH since 1994. He joined CNH from General Motors, where he had gained strong experience as a reliability specialist with broad expertise in facilities, reliability engineering, quality, manufacturing and product management and development.
During his 20 years with CNH Industrial and its predecessors, Mr. Crews has had multiple roles of increasing responsibility including Plant Manager, Vice President of Manufacturing and Senior Vice President of Quality and Product Support focusing on operations effectiveness and quality management, drawing on his degrees in engineering from the University of Michigan and the University of Illinois and his master’s in management from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York.
