Shirish Pareek
Founder, President & CEO, Hydraulex GLobal
Shirish Pareek is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Hydraulex Global. Formed in August 2010, Hydraulex Global is an $90 million corporation in worldwide remanufacturing and distributing of major brand hydraulic pumps, motors, valves, servos and cylinders. He is also owner and Board Member of MinnPar, a heavy-equipment parts supply business. Earlier in his career Shirish worked as an Engagement Manager at the management consulting firm McKinsey & Company, and at Halliburton on the oil and gas exploration and production rigs in India and Indonesia.
Shirish earned a B.S. with University Honors in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India and an MBA with specialization in Operations and Strategy from Carnegie Mellon University.
In addition to being named to the Manufacturing Council reporting to the United States Secretary of Commerce, Shirish is also on the board of Compatible Technology International, St. Paul, MN and along with his wife Komal, is working on the Sam India Project to reduce Severe Acute Malnutrition with a special focus on India. In the past he has served on the board of Carnegie Museum of Art, First Voice International and a Working Board Member of Indian American Council.
