Market Development Cooperator Program
Export Development Resources
Through the Commercial Service arm of the International Trade Administration's Global Markets unit, an expert network of “digital attaches” in its offices in diplomatic posts in U.S. embassies in key markets to help U.S. firms increase international market access, and overcome regulatory or policy challenges. The network was expanded in December 2016.
eCommerce Export Resource Center
A collection of cross-border ecommerce resources for U.S. businesses selling through B2C and B2B ecommerce sales channels.
The Export Programs Guide lists in one publication all federal programs that promote exports. Note that this publication has not been updated for a few years. Still, it is a great starting point to learn about resources that can benefit companies participating in MDCP project activity.
Through the Global Export Initiative, the Minority Business Development Agency offers match-making opportunities, international trade missions, and market research and other technical assistance to businesses.
The International Trade Administration's Top Markets Series is meant to help exporters determine their next export market by comparing opportunities across borders. Each report ranks future export opportunities within a particular industry based on a sector-specific methodology.
The Trade Finance Guide outlines several different methods companies can use to finance exports.
